Has anyone of these modders made the Tank Godfather Dreadnought? It wasn't the two-nacelle cruiser, but a tank-like ship that was in SFC: Orion Pirates.

Star Fleet Command two was good. I would play it till I darn near conquered the galaxy and the game crashed. I overused rockets to defeat the other ships.

The tech gap isn't huge, about what, 30 years? So with similar technology, and all ships being around the same class, it's going to favor the two ships.

Are you having difficulty playing Orion ships in Star Trek Bridge Commander? For some reason, they work better on pirated copies of the game. 😹

I doubt it would go this smoothly. We watched Defiant classes wrecking the Dominion right and left, but when facing the Borg (what it was literally designed for), the Defiant literally fought until it didn't even have any weaponry left to expend (worded in such a way that they seemed to be expended rather than disabled). They were fighting alongside dozens of other ships, and the Federation only won because Picard showed up. I get that these are the Dominion battleships that were supersized, but still seems unlikely.

The only thing missing is Kazon on the bridge!

DS9 was way overpowered. DS9 could probably handle a couple spheres with Dominion War upgrades, but Starfleet was losing it when one Borg ship was coming through the transwarp conduit near Earth in Endgame.

Honestly, if it was named the CSS Conquistador, it would be so much better. Think about it, like the Spanish conquistadors of old, the CSS Conquistador is whisked away into a land of complete unknowns that is the Delta Quadrant, and aims to take advantage of this new realm and leave the Confederation's mark upon it. Like Cortez, it conquers and subjugates it's way through the Delta Quadrant, making deals with rebels and empires alike to topple entire regimes to benefit the CSS Conquistador and obtain new technologies and favors and influence to help them make their way back home. While at the same time weakening and crippling nations and empires to prepare the Quadrant for the Confederation's eventual conquest of it, making it as easy and smooth sailing as possible. Not to mention, with those two combined, the CSS Conquistador turns entire nations and empires against each other, sparking conflicts and assisting in said conflicts for whichever side benefits them the most. Or, sparking conflicts and making two nations go against each other, and bailing out of there to weaken the overall power in the Quadrant. General Janeway would most certainly earn her ship the worthy name of Conquistador, and herself become the modern equivalent of the Spanish conquistador of old. This makes me realize just how psychotic and manipulative and terrible Janeway would be in the Confederation timeline...imagine when she doesn't have her coffee...or would it be her tea in this timeline? XD Also, seeing the video just shows how great the Intrepid class template is for a warship, which I've always thought. Looks and can definitely preform as a warship.

I only ever played Starfleet Command 3 because my dad bought it and I spent a long time messing around with that game. I remember going into the game files and editing the costs and weight of the starbase phasers and putting them on ships and thinking I was so clever.

In STSFC 2 Orion ships was never that powerful;P specially against Dreadnought ships;P

I loved starfleet command 2, I wasted away many an afternoon trying to take over all of the map. I think most of the factions used missiles, they were my favourite weapon in the game.
